BPI tech will get your system turned up for the season as part of our standard service call. This includes a walk through of the property to ensure no leaks are present. Any necessary repairs are brought to you for approval prior to performing the work.

Backflow inspection

A key step in you annual maintenance plan. BPI will inspect your backflow preventer/PVB to ensure compliance. This includes filing the results with the water company and/or their recording agency.

Before the freezing cold temps arrive, have Berry's Pro Irrigation out to clear all irrigation lines and fixtures. We'll make sure your system is protected from costly freeze damages.

winterizing

This process includes using a high-volume air compressor to clear out all water from your irrigation lines and fixtures.
